- No downloadable resources or certificates have been claimed

- Course content significantly differs from what was advertised

- More than 14 days have passed since purchase
- You've completed or accessed over 20% of materials
- Digital certificates or downloadable files were obtained
- Special promotional purchases during discounted periods
- Third-party payment processing fees (typically 2-3%)
How the Refund Process Works

Processing & Payment
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The funds return to your original payment method. Bank processing may add 3-10 days depending on your financial institution.
Technical Difficulties
If you experience persistent technical issues that prevent course access and our support team can't resolve them within 48 hours, you're eligible for a full refund regardless of the 14-day window.
We'll work with you first to fix the issue because most problems have quick solutions.
Course Not as Described
We update our course descriptions regularly to match content. If you find significant discrepancies between what was advertised and what you received, document the differences and contact us.
Refunds in this category are evaluated individually and require specific examples.
Duplicate Purchase
Accidentally purchased the same course twice? We'll refund the duplicate immediately. Just send us both transaction IDs and we'll process this within 24 hours.
This applies even outside the standard 14-day window.
